The Brulee Cart

RMIT Newintstudents was invited as a guest

The Brulee cart is rated one of the best carts around.

The guy working there was friendly and fun to watch. It was fun to watch them make the brulee. It was also fun to crack the sugar toppings.

Their creme Brulee was a little too soft for my liking. I probably got there a little too late. The guy working there was kind and friendly

There were two to choose from: French vanilla with strawberry and the Salted caremel. I had the salted caramel and it was divine. It was not too sweet and not too salty.

Creme Brulee is a French dessert which is hugely popular in Melbourne and Sydney these days. It is custard with  burnt sugar on top.

Here's a video of how to make it from Kitchen Daily

Many thanks to RMIT for the invite. Do follow the The Brulee Cart's whereabouts on Facebook and Twitter.
