Chocolate Swiss roll from Coles and Nescafe latte

As part of our Bupa's best blog competition for 2015

Eating chocolate swiss roll can be bad for you. But is a small quantity alright for you? And is drinking latte from Nescafe ok for you? We explain.

Chocolate Swiss roll contains empty calories and lots of sugar. But the one from Coles has about 700 cals per serving. We only took about 1/4 of a serving in a single small slice. Which equates to something like 175 cal each.

But this one was not too sugary, but it contained Cocoa.

Our Nescafe was not too creamy either and it was 79 cal per one sachet without milk. With full cream milk outside it is 136 cal.

Eating too many calories can be bad for you. Dieticians say that you should limit yourself to 2000 cal per day and do lots of exercise.

Drinking a latte in moderation is ok for you, but having one everyday is bad for you
