Hello Fresh

As part of Bupa's best blog competition for 2015
Hey students are you always short on time for cooking and shopping for the best produce in town? Well fear not! Hello Fresh delivers boxes of fresh produce for a week to your door. No need to go to the supermarket.

Hello Fresh is an online ordering service where you order your box in the week before and then it gets delivered to your door on Tuesday or Thursday whichever day you nominate. Its very simple you choose your box and then pay for it. You can pay via Paypal if you want. There are always representatives outside of Melbourne Central giving these cards away

And then they deliver it to your door.

But when we got ours it had a surprise of meat when we wanted vegetarian. But its ok, we swapped some of the stuff for pescatarian friendly items such as tuna. But I loved the salad content in my meals and I loved that I did not have to go to the supermarket as much.

The cookbook is equally just as great where they explain the steps and the nutrition to you.

The bread from Brasserie bread was really nice and we made two meals out of it. One of which I had for breakfast. The produce is really fresh and I enjoyed making a dukkah salad with chickpeas and spinach leaves

This recipe is not in the cookbook but I did use all the ingredients in the Hello Fresh:

Rocket salad with chickpeas.
Ingredients:
2 handfuls of rocket
1/2 a can of chickpeas
1 tomato
1 cucumber
mixed lettuce

Cut the tomato into wedges
Slice the cucumber
Then mix everything together
Enjoy.

You can buy their boxes at their site and they have a Facebook page as well to help you with your recipe inspirations
